Pro is $49/month and is subtracted from the figure above. Card processing fees are left out of both sides — Stripe charges them either way, so they would move both numbers equally. Founding businesses pay nothing at all for their first 6 months.

How your placement works
Most platforms will not tell you this. Here is exactly where you appear when a customer searches your category, and what money can and cannot buy.
One Sponsored spot per category, per area
Premium buys the top position in your sub-category. It is marked "Sponsored" because it is paid placement. Only one business can hold it in an area at a time — if someone already has it, you cannot buy it until they stop.
Buying it moves everyone else down one
Including businesses who were listed long before. That is how paid placement works, and we would rather you knew that before you joined than discovered it afterwards.
Listed businesses cannot buy the Sponsored spot
A Listed business runs their own calendar and we sync it every 15 minutes. We will not put availability we cannot guarantee in the most prominent position in the app.
Below that, it is your plan, then who joined first
Premium, then Pro and Listed together, then Starter — nearest to the customer first. Same plan and same booking system? Whoever got there first stays ahead.
A plan is not a promise of first place. Someone in your area may already be on the same plan, or hold the Sponsored spot. What a plan guarantees is that you rank above every business on a lower one.

What's the difference between Listed and Full Platform?
Listed is for businesses that already have their own booking system. You keep using your system — we put you on the app so customers can find and book you. Full Platform is for businesses that need a booking system. You get everything Listed businesses get, plus a complete dashboard with calendar, customer database, online payments, analytics, and team management.
I already have a booking system. Do I need to switch?
No. Choose the Listed plan and keep your existing system. If you use Square, we connect directly. If your system syncs to Google Calendar (most do — Fresha, Timely, Mindbody, and others), we connect through that. Your workflow stays the same.
What's the Founding Business Program?
Founding places close 30 September. Join before then and the Pro plan costs nothing for 6 months. Full Pro features — priority placement, unlimited bookings, up to 5 team members. Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

How do I get paid?
If you take online payments, connect your bank account during signup. When customers pay, the money goes directly to your bank. We never hold your funds. If you choose pay-at-venue, customers pay you directly — no payment setup needed.
