What's the difference between Listed and Full Platform?
Listed is for businesses that already have their own booking system. You keep using your system — we put you on the app so customers can find and book you. Full Platform is for businesses that need a booking system. You get everything Listed businesses get, plus a complete dashboard with calendar, customer database, online payments, analytics, and team management.
How does search placement work?
When customers search in the 1Tapp app, businesses are ordered by tier: Premium businesses appear first (within 25km), then Pro, then Starter, then Free. Higher tier = more visible = more customers find you.
Can customers pay at my venue instead of online?
Yes. During setup you choose how you want to get paid — online or at the venue. If you choose "pay at venue," customers book through the app and pay when they arrive. No payment processing needed. You can change this anytime.
I already have a booking system. Do I need to switch?
No. Choose the Listed plan and keep your existing system. If you use Square, we connect directly. If your system syncs to Google Calendar (most do — Fresha, Timely, Mindbody, and others), we connect through that. Your workflow stays the same.
What if I don't have a booking system at all?
Choose Full Platform. We'll set you up with a full booking system, customer database, and online payments — all included. Go from phone calls and pen & paper to online bookings in about 30 minutes.
