Frequently Asked Questions
How is the total price calculated?
The price you see is the price you pay - it's that simple! The total price is exactly what the business charges for their service. 1Tapp adds no fees of its own and no card surcharges to your bill.
Are there any additional fees?
No. 1Tapp never adds its own fees to your booking, and no card surcharge is added at checkout. You pay the price the business sets - nothing more.
How does 1Tapp make money?
1Tapp operates on a subscription model. Businesses pay a simple monthly fee with zero commission on bookings. Listed businesses (who keep their own booking system) pay $79/mo. Full Platform businesses (who use ours) pay $19.99-$129/mo. When customers pay online, the business pays Stripe's standard card processing fee - the same as any card terminal. Since 1 October 2026, Australian businesses can't pass card fees on as a surcharge, so customers always pay exactly the listed price. 1Tapp takes 0% on top.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level security for payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We're PCI DSS compliant, meeting the highest security standards for online payments.
