How it works

    Get the app

    Download 1Tapp on iPhone, or request an Android test invite below, and create a free account. No purchase needed.

  2. 2

    Share your link

    In the app, go to Profile → Invite a business to 1Tapp, and send your link to local businesses you know.

  3. 3

    They go live

    A business counts when it signs up through your link and is live in the app with at least one service customers can book.

  4. 4

    Most businesses wins

    The three customers with the most live businesses at 11:59 pm on 31 December 2026 win.

On Android? Join the Android test

The 1Tapp Android app is in a closed test on Google Play. It is not in the public Play Store yet, so you need an invite before you can install it. Here is how it works:

  1. Enter the email address of the Google account you use on the Play Store. Any other address won't work.
  2. We add you to our test list by hand and email you an invite link. It isn't instant, so register early.
  3. Open the link on your phone, tap Become a tester, then install 1Tapp from Google Play.
  4. Create your free account, then go to Profile → Invite a business to 1Tapp and start sharing your link.

Test versions can have bugs. Waiting for an invite does not extend the competition, which still closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 December 2026.

Official rules

  1. Promoter: 1Tapp Pty Ltd (ABN 14 693 606 549), Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Contact info@1tapp.co.
  2. The competition opens on 5 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 December 2026.
  3. Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over with a free 1Tapp customer account. No purchase is necessary to enter. Employees of 1Tapp and their immediate families cannot win.
  4. To take part you need the 1Tapp app. It is on the App Store for iPhone. On Android it is in a closed test on Google Play: register your Google account email on this page, 1Tapp adds you to the test list by hand and emails you an invite to install it. Invites are not instant, and time spent waiting for one does not extend the competition. Your personal invite link is in the app under Profile → Invite a business to 1Tapp.
  5. A business counts towards your total when (a) it signs up to 1Tapp through your invite link or code during the competition, (b) it did not already have a 1Tapp account, and (c) at the close it is live in the 1Tapp app with at least one service customers can book. Each business counts once, for the customer whose link it signed up through.
  6. You cannot refer a business you own or run, and referrals made by sending messages to people you do not know may be disqualified. 1Tapp may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, duplicated or not genuine.
  7. Winners are the three entrants with the most counting businesses. If two or more entrants have the same number, the entrant who reached that number first (by the time their last counting business signed up) ranks higher. There is no draw and no element of chance. You need at least one counting business to win a place; a place with no eligible entrant is not awarded.
  8. Prizes: 1st $300, 2nd $150, 3rd $50, each as a gift voucher bought by 1Tapp from a business of the winner’s choice that is live on 1Tapp (including a business they referred) and agrees to issue one. 1Tapp pays the business for the voucher directly; the prize is not credit in the 1Tapp app and nothing is paid through the app. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and are subject to the issuing business’s own voucher terms.
  9. Winners will be determined by 1Tapp by 9 January 2027 and notified by email. Prizes must be claimed by 31 March 2027, after which they lapse.
  10. We use your name and email only to run this competition and contact winners. A winner’s first name and suburb are published only with their consent. See our Privacy Policy.
  11. This competition is run solely by 1Tapp Pty Ltd. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this competition in any way. Google is not a sponsor either.
  12. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
